The recommended shelf life for Edible Images are 3 months and 18 months for Sprinkles. If you like to plan ahead or ordering from another country please order in advance.

See individual items for product ingredients. You will receive your items with Ingredients / Storing instructions / Instructions to use (Icing paper). Below are some basic storing instructions Sprinkles Keep your item in a cool dry place, never refrigerate the item. Avoid heat, moisture and excessive sun light when storing the item. Always leave the item in the air tight pack or an air tight container. Recommended shelf life 18 months. Icing paper Do not take the item out of the air tight packing until you are ready to use it. You will receive instructions on how to use the item with the pack. Keep your item in a cool dry place, never refrigerate the item. Avoid heat, moisture and sun light when storing. Recommended shelf time 3 months.

If you want to bake with sprinkles on top, coloured sugar will be your best friend. Rest of the sprinkles are generally not heat resistant. Some sprinkles can be cooked in the oven for a very short period approximately 5-6 minutes. 2mm Sprinkles are more heat resistant than the other sizes.

If you’re adding sprinkles directly to batter before baking, they will bleed into the batter. Thicker Jimmies and confetti are more suitable with less amount of bleeding.
