Custom and personalised orders are gladly undertaken. Please contact us to discuss. A quotation will be provided after we discuss and agree to a design with specifications. Customised items will take longer than the items we have advertised.

What happens if my item was recieved in damaged condition?

If you find your item damaged during delivery please take a photo and inform us with photo evidence within 24hours. However please note that due to the nature of our products PICNARTsugar will not be responsible for the damages occurred during delivery. To avoid such mishaps we make sure our packaging is done using quality materials and with good care.

Can I order early, will my product last long?"

The recommended shelf life for Edible Images are 3 months and 18 months for Sprinkles. If you like to plan ahead or ordering from another country please order in advance.

What are the ingredients, storing and using instructions?"

Accepted Answer

See individual items for product ingredients. You will receive your items with Ingredients / Storing instructions / Instructions to use (Icing paper).
Below are some basic storing instructions
Sprinkles
Keep your item in a cool dry place, never refrigerate the item. Avoid heat, moisture and excessive sun light when storing the item. Always leave the item in the air tight pack or an air tight container. Recommended shelf life 18 months.
Icing paper
Do not take the item out of the air tight packing until you are ready to use it. You will receive instructions on how to use the item with the pack. Keep your item in a cool dry place, never refrigerate the item. Avoid heat, moisture and sun light when storing. Recommended shelf time 3 months.

Can the sprinkles be baked?

Accepted Answer

If you want to bake with sprinkles on top, coloured sugar will be your best friend. Rest of the sprinkles are generally not heat resistant. Some sprinkles can be cooked in the oven for a very short period approximately 5-6 minutes. 2mm Sprinkles are more heat resistant than the other sizes.

Can I bake with sprinkles in the batter?

Accepted Answer

If you’re adding sprinkles directly to batter before baking, they will bleed into the batter. Thicker Jimmies and confetti are more suitable with less amount of bleeding.

Please note that our processing time is 1–3 business days. We dispatch within 1–2 business days approximately 90% of the time; however, in rare occasions it may take up to 3 business days.
If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. Please note that Express shipping applies to the postal delivery timeframe only and does not reduce our processing time.
At this stage, we do not offer an express processing service.
