Although some items maybe allergy free, please note that we do not work in an allergy free environment.
PLEASE BE AWARE!!! that our sprinkle collection includes certain designs which maybe a choking hazard and hard to chew sprinkles for anyone consuming. Parental/guardian supervision is required for children of all ages and adults with eating difficulties. We recommend that you remove the larger sprinkles before consuming.
If you are a reseller/baker please convey this warnings to your consumer.

PRODUCT
Colours of the physical products compared to pictures may vary due to lighting / viewing platform.
There may be slight changes in the designs of the sprinkle blends from time to time according to the availability of material and variations occurred during the manufacturing process.
Our delicate Chocolate products may have breakage on the outer shell or chances of chocolate to melt during transit due to weather conditions.
Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, there maybe differences in the sizes, and the surfaces of sprinkles can be uneven or exposed. Due to the manufacturing process matte nonpareils are low in sweetness. Please note that these are not considered as damages to the product. Please inspect the high-quality images provided on the website before purchasing, we do are best to feature the natural state of the products. Item for sale is only as described in the product listing. Any props/items used for photography are not included in the product price.
We love that you experiment with our products and value your feedback of the results. Just a friendly reminder that we can not be responsible for any unsuccessful results. Please know that these products are meant to dissolve when consuming. Therefore, all edible products are sensitive to heat and moisture.
Some of our blends are packed using automated weighing equipment. Therefore there maybe chances of weight of your product to be +/- 3g.
Please be aware that our sprinkle blend names are designed for easy product identification, unless they are explicitly detailed to include specific features like flavours, collaborations, or colours.
All our products are packed in air tight, resealable sachets unless they are displayed or described on the website product listing, in a jar, tube or a non reusable pack. If you would like to purchase empty jars for your products please follow the link below.

SALE and COUPON CODES

Coupon codes are not applicable for Sprink-up palettes, Bundles, Items on Promotion, Items on bulk buy and Items under Sale, unless the coupon is particularly created for previously named product categories.
Some items maybe on sale to clear as they are closer to best before date or/and considering the quality standards of the product. Please note that we cannot refund once the items are dispatched.
You can only use one coupon code at any given time.
Sugar Devotion rewards cannot be redeemed and added during a sales period.
Each sale will may have it's Terms and conditions. The seller will carry out the dispatch process according to order number and any other dispatch guidelines during that time. Seller may contact the customer if there are any extra payments to be made in such events your order will be on hold until the payments are made and verified.
There maybe dispatch delays during sale period.
