All the items are posted via Australia post, Sendle courier service standard delivery. Please note that Standard shipping doesn't include tracking facility. To ensure speedy delivery please upgrade to express post at check out. Express service will take 1 to 6 business days depending on your zone.
PICNARTsugar will not be responsible for any damages occurred due to mishandling during delivery through the service provider. However we will make sure our packaging will be done with extreme care to avoid such incidents.
Any overseas customers are requested to order well in advance to your required date to make sure your item will arrive on time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Once the order has been dispatched / made cancellations won’t be accepted, no refunds will be issued.
Due to food safety regulation in Australia we can not accept returns.
If the item was lost during transit PICNARTsugar will not be responsible for any losses occurred during the service of the shipping provider.
