Since I first introduced Primrose Hill for Easter many years ago, it has quietly become one of those blends bakers simply cannot live without. What started as a seasonal idea quickly turned into a year round favourite and a true staple in so many sprinkle stashes.

The inspiration came from the pastel architecture of Primrose Hill in London. Soft, charming and effortlessly elegant, those colour washed streets have a way of staying with you. I wanted to capture that same feeling in a sprinkle blend. Something gentle, nostalgic and beautiful without being boring. Primrose Hill was born and to this day it remains the most perfect pastel nonpareil blend I have ever created.

A couple of years ago we introduced Primrose Hill in bulk packs and they barely touch the shelves before selling out.
